Self-Mastery Coaching

This program includes both personal and business development. It promotes individual growth that makes a meaningful difference in your life. It allows you to create the life you envision while doing the same for your family or team.

Using a coaching system developed by my mentor, Bob Proctor (featured in the documentary The Secret), designed for your success using principles proven over his 60 years in the coaching industry. Taught by me, an award-winning certified mindset coach.

There are twelve guided sessions that are relevant, simple and practical to help you create the habits and mindset essential to your success.

I help individuals make significant changes in their lives by identifying areas that need to be changed, setting goals, and creating a plan to achieve them. I provide guidance, support, and accountability to develop new habits, overcome obstacles, and stay motivated. I assist individuals to transform their lives in various aspects such as career, relationships, health, and personal development by identifying limiting beliefs or behaviours and guiding them to overcome those obstacles. I empower individuals to live their best lives and reach their full potential.

As a coach, I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to achieve greatness. However, sometimes individuals need a little push and guidance to reach their full potential. That’s where I come in. Here are some ways in which I assist individuals in transforming their lives:

  • Identifying limiting beliefs: Limiting beliefs can hold individuals back from achieving their goals and reaching their full potential. I help individuals identify these beliefs and work towards overcoming them.
  • Developing new habits: Developing new habits can be challenging, but it is essential for personal growth. I assist individuals in creating a plan to develop new habits and provide support and accountability to ensure they stick to their plan.
  • Overcoming obstacles: Obstacles are a part of life, but they don’t have to prevent individuals from achieving their goals. I provide guidance and support to help individuals overcome obstacles and stay motivated.
  • Career development: Many individuals feel unfulfilled in their careers but don’t know how to make a change. I assist individuals in identifying their passions and developing a plan to pursue a fulfilling career.
  • Relationship improvement: Relationships can be complex, and sometimes individuals need guidance to improve their relationships. I assist individuals in identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to strengthen their relationships.
  • Health and wellness: Health and wellness are essential for a fulfilling life. I assist individuals in developing a plan to improve their health and wellness and provide support to help them stick to their plan.
