As a leadership coach I help individuals improve their leadership skills by identifying their strengths and weaknesses, creating strategies to improve, setting goals, and providing feedback and accountability. I work with a variety of clients, including executives and managers, to improve communication skills, relationships with team members, decision-making strategies, and overall leadership presence. Using a variety of tools and techniques to help clients achieve their potential.

Utilizing strategies and skills learned from my former mentor, Bob Proctor, and over 60 years of proven success principles for the results you need!

As a leadership coach, my approach is tailored to the unique needs and goals of each of my clients. Here are some ways I help individuals improve their leadership skills:

  • Conduct assessments: Before we can start identifying areas for improvement, it’s important to understand where the client is currently at. I use a variety of assessments, such as 360-degree feedback and personality tests, to gather data and insights on the client’s strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop strategies: Based on the assessment results, we work together to create a customized plan for improving the client’s leadership skills. This might involve focusing on specific areas for improvement, such as communication or decision-making, or setting goals for overall growth.
  • Provide feedback and accountability: As the client works towards their goals, I provide ongoing feedback and support to help them stay on track. This might involve regular coaching sessions, check-ins, or progress reports.
  • Use a variety of tools and techniques: I draw on a range of tools and techniques to help clients achieve their potential. These might include role-playing exercises, mindfulness practices, or leadership simulations.
  • Focus on relationships: Leadership is ultimately about relationships, whether it’s with team members, colleagues, or stakeholders. I help clients improve their ability to build and maintain positive relationships, communicate effectively, and navigate difficult conversations.
  • Cultivate leadership presence: Finally, I work with clients to develop their overall leadership presence. This might involve improving their body language, tone of voice, or executive presence, as well as honing their strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
